S.A.F.E.
NSDI’s S.A.F.E. Program is an initiative to stop violence against women. S.A.F.E. = Self-defense Awareness & Familiarization Exchange.
The S.A.F.E. Program, for women only, is an excellent 2-hour ‘stand alone’ program, and is also a preview to both the longer radWOMEN course, and the weekly Street Defense Training.
The 2-hour presentation includes:
- A 17-minute motivational video narrated by Emmy Award winning actress Sharon Gless (Cagney & Lacey and The Burn Notice TV series).
- A 13-piece full color folio packed with safety information every woman should know (optional $5).
- An introduction to practical physical defense options.
S.A.F.E. is ideal for:
- Civic groups
- Girl Scout groups
- Church groups
- School groups
- Other groups
This program will also work nicely as a fund
raising activity for your group.
