WD Philosophy

The number one rule is SAFETY. My training site is one where the participants should look forward to the learning experience, help, and encourage each other in an ego-free environment.

Although violence prevention, bullying, and self defense are serious in nature, we are here to learn in a co-operative, non-competitive atmosphere. No one should feel embarrassed or intimidated. We are NOT here to prove that we are tougher or better than others that are training. When we play the role of the ‘bad guy’, our job is to help our partner learn the techniques and succeed.
